Breathing Cold Brearthwork 

The breathing cold breathwork method is an adaptation of the WH method and as such is not the WH method but more based on Tummo breath. Tummo means inner fire and is an ancient mediation practice of Himalayan monks thousands of years ago as a way of creating heat in their bodies. The Breathing Cold method brings together conscious connected breath, breath holds and coherent breathing, Dr Joe Dispenze’s shoot. The shoot is a great way to connect to another realm of consciousness and it has the capacity in some people to bring an experience of psychedelics with just oxygen and co2.


What I love about the Breathing Cold method is that is a great breath to bring to a daily practice which is both profound and powerful at the same time. If you are interested in exploring cold exposure this is the perfect breath practice to support you in that. It is also a perfect breath practice to support you in reconnecting with yourself. This is a great practice as it brings you out of your mind into your body and creates a sense of forced mindfulness so if you find meditation challenging this is a great technique that will really help your mind come to a place of calm.

The breathing cold sessions cane combined with the ice bath if you choose 

The breathing cold session with the ice bath is 2 hours and without the ice bath is 90 minutes.

Each session is followed by a period of integration and reflecting where you are invited to discuss or voice anything that came up for you during the session.
